It was a very good KCAZ June mini tournament for the 45 scholars that took part. Pupils were from; Zuvarabuda , Glen Norah no. 7, Kundai, Shiriyedenga, Ruvheneko, St. Mary’s Chitungwiza, Happy, Primary Schools and High Schools; Highfield 1 High, Harare High, LordsWill College, Zengeza 1 High, Kwayedza High, Glen Norah 1 High.
Harare High’s Washe Bare (16) won the Prestige Section with 6.5/8. Another Harare High pupil Themba Mangena (13) was tied on 1st place with Shiriyedenga Primary’s John Chibvuri Jnr (10) on 6.5/7 in the U14&U12 section. And Zuvarabuda Primary’s Chelsea Sande (10) was the winner in the other Jnr section with 5.5/7. Well done..
