U8 Boys: leading was Tadiwa Madaka Alfred Beit with 6/6. Our Knights: Tawananyasha had 4/6, Tinaye 4/6, John Jnr 3/6
U8 Girls: leading was Tadainashe Undani 5.5/6 from Murereka Pri. Mash West and our Knight 5 yr old Anotidaishe had 1/6
U10 Boys: leading was Takunda Maxen of Camelot Pri. Kwekwe with 5/6
U10 Girls: leading was Refiloe Mudodo from Barnies Jnr School in Marondera with 6/6. Knights: Rumbidzai had 5/6
U12 Boys: leading was Rufaro Chikaka of Camelot Pri. Kwekwe with 6/6. Our Knight Panashe had 5/6
U12 Girls: leading was Panashe Zimbili from Mupfurudzi Pri. (after Bindura area) with 6/6.
All those who were leading going into the 7th round eventually came 1st in their respective categories as they played very well in the last round. Congrats!!

The Zimbabwe Junior Chess Championship was a resounding success 40 pupils were selected from under 8,10,12 categories to represent Zimbabwe at the Africa Youth chess Championship 2015 .
