Venue was the immaculate Cresta Jameson Hotel Harare Zimbabwe (along Samora Machel road next to ZESA Headquaters in the Harare CBD)
IA Simbarashe Murimi was the chief arbiter and main organizer under the Harare Chess Association, and it was a job well done adding more FIDE rated events to the Zim chess calender!
